A trading company registered in Sofia. Its business is wholesale trade in textile products and goods for the home.
Between the mill
and the shelf
We buy textiles by the consignment and supply them to trade buyers — retail, hospitality, manufacturers and distributors. Our part of the job ends not at despatch, but when the buyer has received exactly what the specification described.
Textiles are a category where the gap between expectation and delivery is expensive. Weight 40 g/m² below the figure quoted, a different shade of white on the repeat order, shrinkage beyond tolerance after the first wash — all of it comes back as complaints from the end customer. So we build the work around a specification and a sample, not around a picture in a catalogue.
Specification first
Composition, weight, size range, packaging and labelling are put in writing before the order. Verbal agreements about characteristics are not accepted into the process — in either direction.
Sample before volume
Where agreed, we supply samples of the selected articles. The cost of a sample bears no relation to the cost of being wrong on a consignment, so we recommend not skipping this step.
A document at every step
Quotation, specification, contract, shipping papers. Deliveries within the European Union are handled under the rules applicable to intra-Union supplies of goods.
Wholesale only
We do not trade at retail and do not deal with private buyers. That keeps a single working format and avoids mixing the logistics of different channels.
Repeatable reorders
If an item enters a permanent assortment, repeatability is discussed separately: the tolerances on colour and weight between deliveries have to be known to both sides in advance.
A no instead of a stretch
If the requested combination of specification, price and lead time is not realistic, we say so at once and propose a workable alternative rather than promising to try.
