Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the FEROL EOOD website. By continuing to use the site you accept what is set out below.
1. Scope
The site is operated by FEROL EOOD, company number 207766092, 137A Filip Kutev St., Lozenets District, Sofia 1407, Republic of Bulgaria. These terms apply to all users of the site, however they access it.
2. Status of the information published
Information about product groups, characteristics and trading terms is for guidance and does not constitute a public offer. The characteristics published describe parameters typical of a product group; the parameters of a specific consignment are determined by the agreed specification.
Obligations between the parties arise only from a signed supply contract and its annexes. Where the information on the site and the terms of the contract differ, the contract prevails.
3. Business dealings only
The company trades exclusively on a wholesale basis and contracts with legal entities and persons acting for business purposes. The site is not intended for retail sale and offers no facility to conclude a contract with a consumer.
4. Trade enquiries through the site
The forms on the site serve to transmit a trade enquiry. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation for either party and does not constitute acceptance of any offer.
By sending an enquiry you confirm that the information given is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation named.
The list of items marked in the catalogue is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to the company until the form is submitted.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design, graphic elements and code of the site are protected by copyright law. The rights belong to FEROL EOOD or are used on a lawful basis.
Photographic material is used under licences permitting commercial use; the list of sources and licences is published under Image credits. The licence for that material covers its use as part of this site and is not passed on to users.
Reproduction, distribution and adaptation of the site's material without the written consent of the rights holder are not permitted, except in the cases expressly provided by law.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site the following are not permitted:
- automated data collection that places load beyond ordinary user access;
- attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems;
- submitting through the site's forms any material that infringes the rights of third parties or the requirements of law;
- using the site's material to mislead third parties as to the origin of goods.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. The company does not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical error, and accepts no liability for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, save in cases of intent and gross negligence and in cases where limitation of liability is not permitted by mandatory rules of law.
Liability under supply obligations is governed by the relevant contract and is not limited by these terms.
8. External links
The site may contain links to third-party resources. The company does not control their content and is not responsible for it. Following such links is at your own risk.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes not settled by negotiation shall be referred to the competent court at the company's seat, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of applicable law or agreed separately between the parties.
10. Changes to these terms
The company may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page with its date and applies from the moment of publication. We recommend reviewing the text periodically.
